Terms of Service

The Autofab service ("Autofab", "we", "us", or "our") is owned and operated by Comercial Ventisquero SPA, a Chilean company with RUT 78.015.097-1, registered in Chile and located at Barros Arana 492, Of 78, Concepción.
Autofab is a SaaS platform that instantly generates parametric furniture designs and CNC-ready files (DXF + production PDFs) for woodworkers and manufacturers.
1. Acceptance
By using Autofab you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ years old.
3. Accounts & Credits
- You need an account for premium features.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- Free users receive 2 one-time credits to try premium designs.
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination or closure.
4. Payments
- Processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.
- By purchasing, you enter into a contract with Paddle, who handles billing and payment processing.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
- Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
For our refund policy, please see our separate Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Autofab platform, code, and algorithms are our proprietary property.
- Files you generate (PDF, DXF, etc.) are yours to use personally or commercially.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Autofab software itself.
- You grant us the right to use anonymized usage data to improve the service.
7. Prohibited Use
No reverse-engineering, hacking, spam, or illegal use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Autofab is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
- You may close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access ends immediately and unused credits are forfeited.
- Sections 6 (IP), 8 (Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.
10. Governing Law
Chilean law applies. If mandatory local law in your country says otherwise, that law will prevail.
11. Privacy & Data
Your use of Autofab is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) according to their privacy policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
13. Disputes
For any disputes, you agree to first contact us at hello@autofab.io to attempt resolution before pursuing legal action.
