Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Period

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. To request a refund, contact us at hello@autofab.io with your order details.

Digital Content Waiver: By creating an account and using our service (spending credits to generate designs or download files), you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (full refund) once the digital content has been provided.

2. How Refunds Work

• Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) within 5-10 business days.
• No Usage: If you have not used any credits or generated any files, you are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day period.
• Partial Usage: If you have used credits, the right to a full refund is waived. Partial refunds for the unused portion of your plan are at Autofab's sole discretion and will be calculated based on the remaining value.

3. Exceptions and Technical Issues

• After 14 days: No refunds, except where required by law.
• Technical Issues: If a design fails to generate due to a system error, we will refund the credit used or provide a replacement.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
